The Chäserrugg Table was originally designed for a restaurant at the mountain peak Chäserrugg, Unterwasser, Switzerland. A flexible yet sturdy, foldaway table was required for different setups in the restaurant, echoing the versatility and function of the German “Bierbank”.

After a long period of development to make a solid, wiggle-free construction, a high-quality table has been achieved in solid ash, with custom brass inlay mechanisms. Jointing details ensure the tabletop does not warp, while the folding mechanism makes it easy to store.The Chäserrugg Bench is now also available in three sizes to match the table.
